For our all our shared hosting plans, all files are backed up daily and kept for 14 days.
All databases (both MySQL and MSSQL) are backed up daily and kept for 7 days.
If you need to restore any data from backups, then please open a support ticket.
This only applies to the shared hosting we provide directly, if we are providing management/support only, then you will need to check with your hosting provider for further details on backups.
